If you're on the Presence plan, you’ll provide your own photos and videos—or I’ll curate complementary stock assets to fill in the gaps. I’ll then design custom-branded graphics and posts using those materials to ensure everything stays visually aligned and polished. You won’t need to create content from scratch, but custom filming and photography are not included.
If you're on the Pro or Premier plan, your package includes custom content creation—either through in-person filming and photography (for local clients) or remote content direction (for clients anywhere). I’ll guide you with shot lists, filming tips, and then take care of the editing and post design, so your content feels authentic, cohesive, and ready to post.

Content creation days (also called Creative Sessions) are at the heart of my monthly process—this is where we bring your brand to life!
During these sessions, we batch all the custom content we’ll need for the month ahead. This includes:
Filming Reels and short-form videos
Capturing story-style content (behind-the-scenes, tips, demos, etc.)
Taking product or service photos
Gathering any additional visual assets to support your content calendar
These sessions are intentionally designed to be efficient and fun, so you can show up fully just once and know your content is taken care of for the entire month.
Whether you're a local client meeting in person or a remote client working with my guidance and support, my goal is always the same: to make content creation feel easy, aligned, and impactful.

Once we agree on your package, you’ll receive a welcome email with your contract, invoice, and a link to your Discovery Questionnaire. After that, we’ll book a quick Zoom session to kick things off and plan your first Monthly Content Sprint—our signature process for planning, creating, and scheduling your content for the month ahead. I’ll guide you through each step, so nothing feels overwhelming.

That’s totally okay! My process is designed to be flexible and efficient. The initial onboarding will require a bit of time and collaboration, but once we’re set up, I take care of the heavy lifting. We’ll check in once a month (via Zoom or email—your choice), and you’ll always get previews and updates so you’re in the loop without needing to be hands-on every day.

All monthly plans require a 3-month minimum commitment, billed monthly. This structure gives us the time needed to build momentum, create meaningful content, and begin seeing results.
If you ever need to pause services after the initial 3-month term, I simply ask for a 15-day written notice before your next billing cycle. This gives us time to properly wrap up and plan ahead.
Please note: since content planning, creation, and scheduling happen early in the month, payments already made are non-refundable. If you cancel, you won’t be charged for the following month—but we won’t be able to refund the current one.
